Over the last few years I have gotten more and more into electro/dubstep music. My iPod has been completely taken over by songs from the Bloody Beetroots, Rusko, Steve Aoki, Bassnectar, Deadmau5, and many more. The heavy bass and upbeat tempos keep me going during long nights of working on the computer or cutting stencils. So this year I decided to check out the biggest eletronic music festival around, the Electric Daisy Carnival in Los Angeles. (Watch the official trailer below)

I had thought about making another painting to drop for the SeeKER Project, but realizing I have many plans to travel throughout July, I figured I'd save the SeeKER and do a shirt instead. Since Deadmau5 (pronounced "dead-mouse") was headlining at the festival and has one of the most recognizable gimmicks of the industry, I decided I would create a 6Gun/Deadmau5 design for my shirt. After some time on the computer, cutting the stencils, and spray painting, I had my shirt for EDC.

Walking around the festival I received many compliments on my shirt and was stopped multiple times to have pictures taken (please let me know if you find any). Overall it was such a success that I may print a very limited amount for the next Deadmau5 show in Southern California, so EMAIL me if you would like one.
